My understanding of the world’s cosmology has evolved significantly throughout my spiritual practice. Initially, I embraced a neo-pagan view, picturing an underworld. However, influences from theosophy and New Age thought led me to consider other planes of existence, particularly the astral plane. Over time, this concept didn’t align well with my other beliefs.

Now, my practice acknowledges the physical, mental, and spiritual realms, along with a broader metaphysical dimension. Yet, the interaction between these worlds is uniquely interpreted in my philosophy. Currently, I don’t adhere to the conventional notion of an afterlife. Instead, I envision a process of annihilation, a dispersion akin to spreading ashes, and a subsequent reconnection with the essence of being.

This perspective has resolved many dilemmas in my philosophy. It supports the idea of a closed-loop existence, providing a more coherent explanation for the continuous emergence and departure of infinite individuals in life. This view eliminates the need for the creation or dissolution of “souls,” offering a more seamless understanding of existence and its cycles.
